USER AGREEMENT

Limited Liability Company "U24.Academy" (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1197847228754, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7811740418) hereinafter referred to as the "Site Administration", publish this proposal for concluding a contract, the terms of which are published below, addressed to individuals, hereinafter referred to as the "User", and both parties hereinafter referred to as the "Parties":

1. General terms and conditions

1.1. The use of Site materials and services Webinars.travelun.org is regulated by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

1.2. This Agreement is a public offer (article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation). By accessing the Site materials, the User is considered to have joined this Agreement (acceptance of the offer in accordance with article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

1.3. The Site Administration has the right to unilaterally alter the terms of this Agreement at any time. Such changes take effect from the moment the new version of the Agreement is published on the Site. In case the User does not agree with the made changes, they must renounce their access to the Site and stop using the Site's materials and services.

2. Obligations of the User

2.1. The User agrees not to take any actions that may be considered as violating the Russian legislation or International Law, including those regarding intellectual property, copyright and/or related rights, as well as any actions that lead or may lead to the violation of the regular functioning of the Site and the Site services.

2.2. The use of the Site materials without the consent of the copyright holders is prohibited (article 1270 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). For the legitimate use of Site materials, the conclusion of license agreements (obtaining licenses) from the copyright Holders is required.

2.3. When quoting Site materials, including copyrighted works, a link to the Site is mandatory (sub-paragraph 1 of paragraph 1 of the article 1274 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

2.4. The User`s comments and other notes on the Site shall not contradict the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation and generally accepted moral and ethical standards.
2. 5. The User is aware that the Site Administration is not responsible for using external resources, links to which may be contained on the Site.

The User agrees that the Site Administration is not responsible and does not have any direct or indirect obligations to the User in connection with any possible or arising losses or damages related to any content of the Site, copyright registration and information about such registration, goods or services available on or obtained through external sites or resources or other contacts of the User, which they have entered using information posted on the Site or links to external resources.
2.7. The User accepts the provision that all materials and services of the Site or any part of them may be accompanied by advertising. The User agrees that the Site Administration holds no responsibility and obligations in connection with such advertising.

3. Other conditions

3.1. All possible disputes arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation at the location of the Administration.

3.2. Nothing in the Agreement can be understood as establishing agency relationship, partnership relationship, joint activity relationship, personal employment relationship, or any other relationship between the User and the Site Administration that are not explicitly provided in the Agreement.

3.3. The court's recognition of any provision of the Agreement as invalid or unenforceable does not invalidate other provisions of the Agreement.

3.4. Inaction on behalf of the Website Administration in case of violation of any User Agreement provisions does not deprive the Site Administration the right to take later appropriate actions to protect their interests and copyright on the protected content of the Site in accordance with the law.

The User confirms that they are familiar with all the clauses of this Agreement and unconditionally accept them.
