CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Personal data of website users of Webinars.travelun.org (hereinafter the "Site"), used and stored on the Site, are regulated by the Federal Law of 27 July 2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data". The user provides their personal data for the purpose of entering into a contract, obtaining access to materials posted on the Site, obtaining consulting services, as well as obtaining advertising and informational materials, including those distributed over telecommunications networks by making direct contacts using communication means and/or otherwise.
Limited liability company "U24.Academy" (Primary State Registration Number (OGRN): 1197847228754, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN): 7811740418) guarantees the confidentiality of personal data of the Site users.
The concept of "confidentiality" means the following:
- clear and precise restriction of the number of persons who have access to personal data of Site users;
- the Operator guarantees the use of personal data for no other purposes than those specified in this Consent;
- the Operator does not have the right to transmit confidential information without the consent of the Site user;
- the Operator shall take measures against unauthorized access to personal data from outside.
Consent is granted to perform any actions with respect to my personal data that are necessary and desirable to achieve the above goals, including, but not limited to: collection (including requesting and collecting information from third parties), recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), extraction, use, transfer, (distribution, provision, access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction, cross-border transfer of personal data, as well as performing other actions in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
By registering on the Site, the user gives the Operator their consent to store and process the following personal data: last name, first name, patronymic (if available), date and place of birth, registration and actual residence address, email addresses, citizenship information, gender, social network data, their image (existing or received in the future) without remuneration, contact phone numbers, passport number, marital status, education, profession, availability of permits, language skills and other information provided. The user hereby confirms that the user's image obtained during recording webinars or during video recording of trainings/lectures/seminars organized by the Operator can be used.
Consent to the processing of personal data is provided from the moment of registration on the Site and/or filling in the Feedback Form (hereinafter the "Form") and will have effect until its written withdrawal. The subject of personal data must provide written withdrawal personally or send it by mail at the address (location) of the Operator.
I AGREE to the processing and storage of my personal data specified by me in the Form during registration on the Site in accordance with the terms of this Consent to the processing of personal data.
At the same time, I give my consent and do not object to the Operator or other persons on their behalf sending messages, including advertising or other information of other content to the phone number or email address or using other means of communication specified by me in the Form or when registering on the Site.
